what's wrong with fingerless gloves?
I used to get a LOT of use out of them when training the guide dog... giving treats, hooking/unhooking leash, attaching gentle leader... (these are all things that require your hand to be out in the cold elements.... and then you cover them back up with the convertible mitten)... hmmmm... hopefully the other foster families to the guide dogs weren't laughing behind my back when I left the kennel... Now I feel all self conscious over it... thanks for laughing at them. so sad... ;o(
Hi, I don't have any other way to get a hold of you other than leaving a comment here.
I think you misunderstood what we were laughing at during this episode. We weren't laughing AT fingerless gloves...Janene and I are actually making them for ourselves. It was when we were talking about our fingerless gloves that my friend Tara didn't know what they were and thought that they were just little cloves that ended at the fingers so you could only put your fist into them.
That is when we said they were only for people who were angry...jokingly...and completely ridiculous which is what made it funny.
We were in no way making fun of the gloves...just Tara's misunderstanding of them.
I hope this clears things up.
